Win this contest and pay next to nothing on weed until 2025

Many agree that legal weed is awesome, but the cost of shopping at the dispensary can add up fast. One California cannabis brand plans to award up to five weed lovers with a year’s worth of cannabis products for the small price of $4.20 plus tax. West Coast Cure (WCC) will run two contests, both intent on getting up to five lucky Californians up to an ounce a month for one calendar year for a minuscule price.

“At West Coast Cure, we’re thrilled to connect with California’s weed community through these unique contests,” said WCC chief marketing officer Jonathan Jones in a press release.

Winners may purchase up to one Top Shelf Indoor ounce of flower per month for $0.35 plus tax for one calendar year. Each ounce must be purchased from the dispensary where they bought the winning product.

Finding Diamond Tickets

The first way to enter the sweepstakes seems inspired by Willy Wonka himself. Find one of the shining tickets only to be challenged by a skill-based test. To enter, select a Jefferey 5-pack mini at a participating California retailer and hope to find a silver ticket inside. The tickets will have a QR code that takes participants to a “skilled quiz.” Those who successfully defeat the trivia will receive an immediate notification that they’re a potential winner.

Leaving a quiz unfinished will invalidate the entry, and everyone only gets one shot–make it count. Entrants must be 21 years old and in California when they take the test. Only one prize can be awarded per household. Those who don’t want to test their luck may opt for the other half of the contest.

Gutted Jefferey Content Contest

Creatives who want a shot at buying a ton of cannabis for under $5 can also enter the #WCCDiamonds contest. Shoot engaging content of a gutted Jefferey (a broken open version of the infused mini-joint), and post it to Instagram. The main feed or a story works, just be sure to tag #WCCDiamonds and @westcoastcure to enter. WCC co-founder Jerett Wasserman, aka JCURES, will decide which post pushes the boundaries of how creators shoot weed.

“It’s more than a competition; it’s a tribute to the creativity and passion that define our community. We’re excited to see participants’ innovative expressions of their passion for the plant, celebrating everyone from connoisseurs to casual enthusiasts and reinforcing our commitment to the culture,” Jones explained.

The brand is prepared to choose up to five participants to win a “year’s supply” of weed for just $4.20. Both contests start March 29th, with #WCCDiamonds submissions open until April 20th. The Diamond Tickets campaign will run through June 1st. West Coast Cure encourages customers and budtenders to join in the fun and earn their shot at what could be the steepest dispensary discount ever granted.
