The best new new in the cannabis world

new cannabis products

As a cannabis journalist, I love finding the latest cannabis products, accessories, and cute little things to hit the market. Over the last decade, weed gear and accessories have become more luxurious and useful compared to years prior. I save every amazing accessory or device in a folder that fills up every few months. Once full, it is time to share all of my favorite adorable weed things.

I am currently using some of these accessories and devices; I’m coveting everything else. Whether they currently make up my cannabis stash box or not, these are my preferred pretty pot items right now.

NWTN Deco Gravity Bong – $88

NWTN, pronounced Newton, elevated Gravity Bongs captured my attention immediately. I specifically like the Deco, a fluted borosilicate glass piece. The glass pieces assemble to look like a cocktail shaker, but it serves up cannabis flower, not mixed drinks. The Deco comes in Baltic Amber, Charcoal, Emerald, and Clear colorways. There is also a smooth model available.

I was introduced to gravity bong hits by a friend who pulled a clean trash can filled with water and a doctored-up two-liter bottle from under her sink. Sending her a Reel of the Deco Gravity Bong at work made me so happy, though I know she will never abandon that trash can. Gravity Bong memories or not, this is one I’ll be saving up for.

Vessel Ash Black – $150

Despite it never matching my aesthetic, I have had the Ash from Vessel on my nightstand for some time. The Ash storage ashtray features a hefty marble base shaped to hold a good amount of ash or vapor poo. It is topped with a wooden lid and fits over a wooden box with compartments perfect for rolling papers, vape chamber brushes, and other accouterment.

I love the functionality of it so much that I have used it for years despite it clashing with my preferred color scheme. Flash forward to now, and the brand launched Ash in all black. Vessel kept all of the things that I liked and made it better. As such, this is my favorite ashtray right now.

Debowler Ashtrays Narwhal – $19

I have lost many knitting needles and bobby pins to clearing ash and resin out of my bowl, and it all may have been for naught. My Blazy Susan came with a debowler, and I quickly realized I should have gotten one a decade ago. A pokey waiting at attention to clear a bowl with one twist is not only helpful—it keeps a piece cleaner and streamlines that next hit.

My Blazy debowler works well, but it is pink; that just isn’t my jam. So, I went searching for a different option and found a masterpiece. Debowler Ashtrays has many to choose from, but the best by far is the Narwhal silicone ashtray featuring wavy walls with a narwhal inside; its horn is gold aluminum for debowling. It is cute, functional, and just what I need.

Mantelpiece Vase – $300

If you haven’t noticed, I’m in my home decor era. I am slowly fixing and decorating my 90-year-old house. It is always exciting when this journey meets my weed beat. Cue Mantelpiece, a New York-based cannabis accessories brand founded by a neurodivergent journalist; it’s safe to say that I was an instant fan.

I am enamored with the Vase, the brand’s first product. The crystal bong fits inside of a matching round vase. Lift the donut vase off, and what’s left is a bong, ready for guests interested in a little rip. The vase piece can be left empty, displayed as a sculpture, or filled with avant-garde arrangements. I have deemed it a must-have piece for my living room. Perhaps you feel the same.

MyPAX customization lets people choose to adorn their device with their name or chosen designs, but some may desire a limited edition collectible instead. PAX recently partnered with optical artists DOT and Gio on three limited edition engraved vapes that are only available while supplies last.

Flow, Expand, and Vibe play with motion through silver line work on Onyx PAX Plus devices. The devices feature all of the bells and whistles of a PAX Plus with added art designed to make a meditative impact.

Eaton Botanicals Period gummy combo – $66

Sure, I already wrote and published a review about how much I loved Eaton Botanicals gummies. Turns out I have more in the tank. Another menstrual cycle later, and I turned to the Gal Pal a few times throughout the month. I then ate Fixer Upper gummies for the first three days of my period, finding relief and restful sleep where there previously was none.

These gummy cubes are delicious, effective, and thoughtfully formulated. I’ll probably continue singing the praises of this combo for as long as Eaton Botanicals is in business.

Sauce Essentials old-school flavors – $70

Not all vapes pique my interest, but Sauce got me with live resin old-school strain options like White Widow, Granddaddy Purple, and Strawberry Cough. The vape sits nicely in my hand and doles out a nice rip of tasty vapor. These are available now in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Michigan, and Ohio. New Mexico and Massachusetts will be in the mix soon.

Does the flavor exactly match the experience of ripping a bong filled with the flower? Of course not. Is it a delicious reminder of strains past? Absolutely. It has been literal years since I have seen White Widow or Strawberry Cough on a dispensary menu. There was no way I’d pass up the opportunity to taste them again. And let me tell you, that White Widow perfectly captures that earthen funk of the original.

While we must all be mindful of how disposable vapes impact the environment and humanity, there is a time and a place for little treats, provided we consume mindfully.

Hitoki Portable Attachment Bag – $35

Laser bongs sound cool enough, but Hitoki didn’t stop there. The brand also makes a carrying case comparable to my Fjallraven Kanken Sling bag but with more cost-effective material. It carries the Saber and its attachments. I see myself bringing it out whether I’m taking the Saber or not.

Another shoutout goes to the Essentials bag, a larger, lockable crossbody option. It has a charging port for those with a battery pack, functional compartments inside, and durable material on the outside. These accessories make laser bongs even sweeter.

Cute little things just keep on coming

In a world where vintage items and makeup bags once had to be repurposed into cannabis accessories, we are now blessed all the time with new, beautiful things. This is what I have been loving lately while also enjoying my tried and true classics. Even if I perfect my stash box, I’ll always keep my eyes peeled for anything worthy of those who love a charming aesthetic. The cute little weed things keep on coming.
