The Hepburns are the super-potent pre-rolls to bring when the aim is to impress. This woman-owned-and-operated company is headed by Allie Butler who founded the The Hepburns in honor of her pro-legalization mother, who passed away in 2011. Butler worked at a cannabis clinic then with medical marijuana dispensaries where she invented the pretty pre-rolled joints, super-charged with bubble hash — cannabis extract derived from ice water filtration. Each tin features hand-written notes on the strain of both the flower and ice water hash inside. “Hepburns was, from the beginning, a project to improve the quality of medicine available to patients and to educate people about solventless hash,” Butler says.
