Tinashe’s signature weed, Green T, a balanced variety from RYTHM, will launch this month in Pennsylvania, with more markets to follow. The artist personally curated the calm, creative weed, which features earthy notes complemented by sweet fruit.

“I feel most spiritual when I connect with nature and listen to music. It’s no coincidence; both are magical, profound wellness tools,” Tinashe shared in a press release. “Green T celebrates emotional, creative, and overall well-being.”

The launch will be marked by a few meet-and-greet events where fans in select markets, and marks the fourth artist collaboration in the RYTHM Artist Series. Previously, the brand released Night Owl Haze with Nashville country pop star Mitchell Tenpenny in Florida. They also launched dessert strain Outta My Head with Pop punk band State Champs and Carolina Honey with southern rocker Marcus King in Massachusetts and Illinois.

“The RYTHM Artist Series is about elevating the authentic relationship artists have with cannabis while bringing fans closer to their favorite artist by smoking the same strain as them,” said GTI founder and CEO Ben Kovler in a previous statement, “We are excited to partner with great artists to offer premium strains to music and RYTHM fans alike.”

As more people take an interest in cannabis and the surrounding culture, the stigma shrinks, making way for engaging collaborations and offerings. Green T, Tinashe’s signature strain, is the final musician collaboration previously announced in the RYTHM Artist Series, but surely not the last.

Meet and greets will take place at select Pennsylvania Rise dispensaries where Green T is available; details are still being finalized. As for QUANTUM BABY, the official release date has not been announced but fans are already prepared to match her freak.
